Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must have minimum 07 to 10 years proven post qualification experience in clinical research coordination , regulatory affairs and brand promotion  functions in reputed Ayurvedic medicines / Herbal /  Pharmaceuticals  products manufacturing companies selling their products in both domestic and overseas markets.
  • Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills with knowledge of country specific labelling requirements for export consignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.

Job Description:
        1. Coordinating clinical research activities with Hospitals, Medical colleges, Clinicians and medical research laboratories. Coordinate with Exports Head and Production team for checking and finalizing the country specific labelling requirements of export consignments. 
        2 .To Conduct CMEs, workshops, Medical Camps and conferences.

        3Technical Documentation.
        4. To represent the company before Central and state AYUSH  authorities and other technical bodies.
        5. To Advise and monitor production ,marketing and sales teams for statutory compliances of various laws and rules and regulations relevant to  AYUSH industry such as drugs and cosmetics Act , state excise Act , Legal Metrology Act ,Drugs and Magic Remedies Act ,Consumer Protection Act , Food Safety and Standards Act , Biodiversity Act and other relevant statutes.
         6. To solve complex issues pertaining to Clinical Research Coordination , Regulatory Affairs and Brand Promotion ,  to achieve objectives  and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast pace environment.
         7.To Participate in industry-specific trade shows, training programs, and conferences.
         8.Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands and classical products of the organization..
